The Bachelor of Songwriting and Music Production is a distinctive degree tailored for music artists, offering specialized subjects in songwriting, music production, and industry knowledge where you can create, record, and release your music. Taught by industry professionals with active national and international careers, our diverse community at Fairfield and Collingwood campuses provides a supportive environment.
Differentiating itself from the Bachelor of Music, this course focuses specifically on the creation, recording, and release of original material by songwriters and music producers.
For a shorter commitment, an Undergraduate Certificate in Songwriting and Music Production is available, either as a standalone qualification or a pathway into the Bachelor. If you hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Music Performance or Sound Production, you qualify for course credits towards the Bachelor of Songwriting and Music Production.
