Starting from 2024, the Bachelor of Business will adopt the Federation University Co-operative Model, offering paid placements, career preparation, and skill development. The Co-op model facilitates direct connections between students and employers, addressing skill shortages through industry collaboration. Students benefit from a minimum of 60 days’ paid placement, contributing to course credits. The program is co-designed and delivered with industry leaders, ensuring graduates are not only workforce-ready but also possess transferable World Ready Skills. With a strong emphasis on practical learning and collaboration with global industry leaders, Federation University prepares Bachelor of Business graduates to confidently enter and succeed in their careers.
